Lincoln Economics, Accountancy and Finance Research Group presents the 4th Development Economics Conference (DEC), with a theme of: Technology, Innovation and the Environment: Challenges for Sustainable Development. Featuring distinguished guest speakers from around the world, including Dr Ayhan Kose, Sir Timothy Besley, Professor Kaushik Basu, and Professor Kunal Sen.
